The Amazon team chose the Rescue Bear® event to capstone their meeting with energy and intention. Team members worked through a series of challenges designed to encourage collaboration and creative thinking. Each success helped teams earn materials to stuff and decorate bears however they wanted. Engagement was high as they moved from one clue to the next. The timing made the event a strong finish that reinforced connection after days of strategy sessions.
As the bears came together, the purpose of everything was reminded to everyone. The completed stuffed animals were donated to Ronald McDonald House Charities of Nashville, TN, Inc. These donations support children and families facing difficult medical situations. The group appreciated how their efforts created something meaningful for others. The experience connected business goals with a shared sense of giving back. It left participants with a lasting impression as they concluded their time together.
