Ivy Rehab hosted a bike building charity team retreat in Philadelphia, PA on March 4th. Seventy-five sales team members gathered during their 2026 Sales Summit. The theme, “Growth Starts with Us,” guided the experience throughout the whole outing. The event aimed to strengthen connections and unify a diverse sales team. Leaders designed the session to energize participants early in the day. The group left with stronger relationships and a shared sense of purpose.

Ivy Rehab Team Builds Bikes Together at Corporate Retreat in in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
The event took place at The Notary Hotel, Philadelphia, Autograph Collection. Participants included Business Development Managers from orthopedic and pediatric divisions. Senior leaders and sales executives also joined the experience. Facilitators divided the group into teams to encourage new connections. Each team collaborated with colleagues outside their usual roles. The fast-paced challenges created excitement and friendly competition. Laughter filled the room as teams solved problems together. The experience reinforced the summit theme through shared effort and engagement.
Teams competed to assemble bicycles as quickly and accurately as possible. The challenge required communication, coordination, and creative thinking. Participants stayed engaged while building momentum throughout the activity. The event concluded with a meaningful charitable donation. The completed bikes went to children through Not My Child. The group turned competition into a positive community impact. The activity strengthened relationships while supporting local families, leaving the team energized and aligned with their mission.
