The event took place at the Suburban Collection Showplace and brought together one hundred rental professionals. American Rental Association of Michigan Brings Energy and Impact to Build-A-Bike® Bike Team Building Activtiy in Detroit, Michigan
The Build-A-Bike® event energized the room from the moment it began. One hundred participants formed fourteen fast-moving teams of four. Each team tackled challenges that tested both problem-solving and collaboration skills. Engagement stayed high, with every participant fully locked into the experience.
Teams rolled up their sleeves and worked with focus and urgency. Friendly competition added excitement throughout the event. The atmosphere stayed upbeat, fast-paced, and fun. The competitive edge pushed teams to communicate clearly and work efficiently.
The competition carried extra incentive for top performers. The two highest-scoring teams earned bonus gambling chips for the evening’s casino night. This reward added another layer of motivation and excitement. Teams stayed engaged knowing their efforts extended into the evening’s festivities.
The impact reached far beyond the event space. The teams completed fourteen children’s bicycles during the event. All bikes were donated to Dearborn Goodfellows. The organization collects toys year-round to ensure children experience the joy of Christmas. The event delivered a meaningful blend of teamwork, competition, and community support.
