ServiceNow Stuffed Animal Donation in San Francisco, CA

ServiceNow hosted a stuffed animal donation team building activity in their San Francisco offices during a yearly onsite meeting. The group included sixteen team members distributed across the East Coast, Los Angeles, and the Bay Area. The team wanted their in-person time to include meaningful giving. They chose to support local children through a hands-on charity experience.

ServiceNow Team Supports Local Youth With Stuffed Animal Donation Event in San Francisco, California

The Rescue Bear® event took place during ServiceNow’s annual onsite meeting. The group gathered in San Francisco after traveling from across the country. Before the event, the team collaborated to gather all required materials. This preparation helped build excitement before the activity even started. Once the event got going, teams packed stuffed bears with energy and enthusiasm. Participants threw together custom stuffed animals designed to comfort children in need. The hands-on format encouraged collaboration while keeping the atmosphere upbeat. The team appreciated working together toward a shared purpose.

The charity partner for the event was Friends of the Children, a local mentoring organization in San Francisco. The group learned about the program’s long-term mentorship model. Mentors support children from first grade through early college years. These relationships help students stay on track in school and life. The group heard directly from mentor Alex Jaeger, who has supported his students since first grade. Many of those students are now in high school. The team connected deeply with the mission and impact of the organization. Participants expressed genuine appreciation for the work being done in the community.

We thank ServiceNow for their thoughtful approach to team building and community support. We also thank Friends of the Children for their dedication to mentoring youth throughout San Francisco.
