Arion Care Solutions hosted a Build-A-Bike® charity team building event in Chandler, Arizona. With 45 participants, the goal of the event was to enhance team cohesion and contribute to a meaningful cause. The event brought together management-level employees, and most of them work remotely. Thus, the event gave this distant team a day of fun, connection, and community service.
Arion Care Solutions provides a wide range of services across the state. It includes Attendant Care, Habilitation, Respite, ABA/ECH, Individually Designed Living Arrangements, Private Home Care, and Long-Term Care. The Build-A-Bike® event offered an excellent opportunity for the Arion Care Solutions team to strengthen their communication and teamwork skills. Since many employees work remotely, this bi-annual gathering allowed them to meet face-to-face and bond over a common goal. The high-energy atmosphere was filled with excitement and enthusiasm as participants eagerly collaborated to build bikes for children in need.
Throughout the event, teams raced to be the first to assemble a bike correctly. The sense of competition and camaraderie was palpable, with participants cheering each other on and working together to overcome challenges. The highlight of the day was knowing that their efforts would bring joy to the children at Sunshine Acres Children’s Home. This charity provides a loving home environment for children who are separated from their families, and the donation of bikes was a heartfelt contribution to their mission. The Arion Care Solutions team demonstrated exceptional teamwork and a strong commitment to giving back to their community, making the event a resounding success.
