Fifty-five employees came together to strengthen teamwork while giving back to their community. This enthusiastic group built eight brand-new bicycles for local children. Bennett Engineering Services Employees Get Together for a Build-A-Bike® Charity Bike Building Team Event in Sacramento, California
The Build-A-Bike® event offered the BENEN team an engaging opportunity to strengthen relationships and have fun outside the office. Employees participated in interactive challenges that required collaboration, creativity, and communication. True to their engineering expertise, teams tackled the bicycle assembly process with precision and teamwork. The activity reinforced the value of working together and reminded everyone how rewarding it feels to build something meaningful as a team.
By the end of the event, participants had built eight bicycles and donated them to the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Sacramento. Kimberly from the organization spoke to the group, sharing how these donations would directly benefit children in their community. Her heartfelt message inspired smiles across the room and reminded everyone that their teamwork made a lasting difference.
