Seventy participants from across the newly merged company gathered for a two-day meeting to build connections and team spirit. The Nashville Rescue Mission received the donated bikes, creating a meaningful impact on the community.

The Build-A-Bike® event offered Blue Fin Group employees a fun and collaborative experience. Having recently merged three companies, the leadership team wanted to foster connections and create shared memories. The two-day meeting focused on integration and building relationships, ending on a high note with this hands-on charity activity. The group showed incredible enthusiasm as they worked together to assemble bikes, cheered each other on, and enjoyed friendly competition.
The highlight came when the finished bicycles were donated to the Nashville Rescue Mission. Stepping in at the last moment, a representative from the charity shared heartfelt words about the organization’s impact on the community.
