The Build-A-Bike® event allowed IMI’s office staff, warehouse workers, and leadership to collaborate outside their usual work environment. The entire team embraced the opportunity to work together, demonstrating excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills. As an engineering-focused company, they excelled at assembling the bikes efficiently and precisely. The matching purple shirts and contagious enthusiasm created a vibrant, fun atmosphere from start to finish.
The Momentous Institute, the charity partner, joined the event and shared inspiring words about their mission. Their representative arrived early and came prepared with a truck to transport the donated bikes. The bikes built by IMI’s team will bring joy to local children in need. The participants were proud to contribute to such a meaningful cause, reinforcing their company’s values of teamwork, community, and giving back.
