With forty-five participants gathering at the Omni Fort Worth Hotel, the event served as an energizing kickoff to their sales meeting. The team engaged in creative problem-solving challenges while building stuffed bears for children who have experienced trauma. The Rescue Bear® event provided an excellent opportunity for DataSpan’s team to strengthen their connections while launching their sales meeting. The event combined leadership development with charitable giving, as teams were divided based on their specific strengths. Teams tackled a series of challenges, earning materials to build bears with each success. The elegant Omni Fort Worth Hotel provided an inspiring backdrop for this meaningful team activity.
During the event, participants showed tremendous enthusiasm for the charitable aspect of their work. The energy in the room was palpable as team members collaborated to overcome challenges and earn bear-building materials. As shown in the event photos, participants worked diligently to create high-quality stuffed bears that would bring comfort to children in need.
