Edged hosted their first all-hands meeting with a Build-A-Bike® charity team building event at the Fontainebleau Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. With 90 team members participating, the event combined connection, collaboration, and community service into one unforgettable experience. The event culminated in the donation of brand-new bikes to local kids from the Jackie Gaughan Boys and Girls Club.

The Build-A-Bike® event was a central feature of Edged’s first-ever all-hands meeting. Employees traveled in from various regions to finally meet face-to-face and build stronger internal relationships. Divided into small teams, they worked together to solve challenges and assemble brand-new bicycles. For a company focused on smart, modular systems, the collaborative nature of the event aligned perfectly with their mission to build impactful solutions piece by piece.
Making the event even more special, some of the kids from the Jackie Gaughan Boys and Girls Club were present. These kids got the opportunity to pick out whichever bikes they wanted. Witnessing the direct impact of their efforts gave the Edged team a sense of joy that outlasted the event.
