Endeavour’s Women in Technology group gathered for an aMAZEing Builders team building event in Raleigh, North Carolina. Forty participants met at the Residence Inn Raleigh Downtown to combine collaboration with community service. The event emphasized connection and impact, bringing the team together to support a great cause while reinforcing their mission to uplift women in tech.

Endeavour’s Women in Technology Team Brings Opportunity to Children at Team Building Event in Raleigh, North Carolina.
The aMAZEing Builders event offered Endeavour’s Women in Tech a hands-on opportunity to bond through shared purpose. They split into small teams and raced to complete an indoor obstacle course—while blindfolded. Their teammates guided them to success with trust and clear communication. With each challenge completed, teams earned supplies to fill backpacks for children in need. Despite the competition, the focus remained on teamwork and mutual encouragement.
The energy in the room shifted when Taylor Bennett from the YMCA spoke. Her words gave context and meaning to the backpacks they were assembling. It wasn’t just a donation—it was a chance to support children in their own community. That emotional connection made the activity even more impactful. In the end, the filled backpacks went to the Boys and Girls Club of Wake County, offering support to kids who needed it most.
