Ernst & Young hosted a Rescue Bear® charity team building event at Casa Del Mar in Santa Monica, CA. This event brought together 200 participants from their Los Angeles and Orange County offices. The theme of the conference was connection. Thus, the event emphasized building relationships while creating teddy bears for children at Vista Del Mar.

Ernst & Young Employees Unite for Rescue Bear® Event in Los Angeles, California
The Rescue Bear® event at Casa Del Mar was a highlight of the EY SaT Teamapalooza conference. Set against the stunning backdrop of the Santa Monica beach, the event brought together 200 employees from EY’s Los Angeles and Orange County offices. This large gathering focused on the conference theme of connection. It provided an opportunity for colleagues to connect in person while engaging in a meaningful charity project.
During the event, teams were divided based on their strengths to tackle various creative challenges. For each challenge won, teams earned materials to build their teddy bears. The competitive yet collaborative spirit of the participants was evident as they meticulously crafted bears, ensuring each one was perfect for the children at Vista Del Mar. The activity not only fostered teamwork and connection among EY employees but also highlighted their commitment to community service.
