Fidelity Investments Unites for Build-A-Bike® Event in Durham, North Carolina

The Build-A-Bike® event at Fidelity Investments was a vibrant start to their leadership meeting. It brought together the Health ELT, who rarely meet face-to-face due to their national spread. This event provided a unique platform for these leaders to interact, collaborate, and enhance their teamwork skills. Set in the dynamic environment of Fidelity’s Durham office, the event not only facilitated professional bonding among peers but also allowed them to engage in a meaningful, hands-on activity that reflected their collective values and commitment to leadership development.

The highlight of the event was the teams racing to assemble bicycles, encapsulating the spirit of collaboration and competition. The assembled bikes were then donated to the Salvation Army’s Boys and Girls Club, adding a charitable dimension to the team-building exercise. This contribution not only reflected Fidelity’s ethos of community service but also left a lasting impact on the participants, reinforcing the values of empathy and social responsibility. The event was a testament to Fidelity’s commitment to nurturing leadership while contributing positively to the community.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Fidelity Investments for their participation and generous contributions. A special thank you also goes to the Salvation Army’s Boys and Girls Club for their dedication to enriching the lives of young people in the community.
