Harvey USA General Contractors hosted a charity bike build team building event in San Diego, California. The event took place on December 10, 2025, at Alesmith Brewing Company. This gathering marked the second Leaders on Tap holiday event of the season. Sixty-five participants came together for an energetic afternoon focused on fun, friendly competition, and giving back to the local community.
Harvey USA provides commercial construction services throughout the Western United States. The company uses a detailed pre-construction process that emphasizes cost control and scheduling. Their teams focus on value engineering to meet each client’s unique needs. Over the years, Harvey USA has completed projects across retail, Class A office space, distribution centers, automotive facilities, financial institutions, and medical offices. Their experience allows them to work closely with property owners, managers, and tenants across many industries.
Harvey USA Teams Gather for a Charity Bike Build in San Diego, California
The Build-A-Bike® event took place at Alesmith Brewing Company and carried a noticeably lively atmosphere from the start. With food, drinks, and a holiday crowd, the energy level ran high. As the activity unfolded, more participants leaned in and joined the fun. Teams gradually found their rhythm and became more engaged with each round. Laughter, side conversations, and good-natured chaos filled the room while bikes slowly took shape.
As the builds continued, the purpose behind the event stayed front and center. The bikes were destined for Florence Elementary School, a small local school with a close connection to the client. Alexis, the school’s principal, attended in person and expressed heartfelt gratitude for the donation. Her appreciation resonated strongly with the group. The team remains committed to making sure every child receives a complete bike. Despite the challenge, the event ended on a positive note and reflected the spirit of generosity behind the gathering.
