High Point University Freshmen Team Up For Build-A-Bike Event in High Point, North Carolina
Freshmen came together in teams, racing the clock to assemble bikes. For many, it was their first chance to bond with classmates through teamwork, problem solving, and a whole lot of cheering. The moment the children arrived for the surprise was pure magic. Laughter filled the auditorium, applause thundered, and both students and kids left inspired.
Three local nonprofits, D-UP Inc., Growing the Distance, and the Community Writing Center, partnered in this meaningful effort.
