Hub International hosted a Toys4Tails charity team building event in Colorado Springs, CO. Eighty-five team members gathered at The Lodge at Flying Horse during their Sales Kickoff meeting. The activity took place on the final day before everyone traveled home. The group wanted a meaningful way to close the conference together. Teams assembled animal shelter kits that would support a local nonprofit. The event also included a special guest. A rehabilitated shelter dog named Bandit joined the group and quickly became the star of the afternoon.

The Hub International team wrapped up their Sales Kickoff with a lively and meaningful activity. Participants divided into teams and jumped into a series of fun challenges. Each challenge helped teams earn items for animal shelter kits. Laughter and friendly competition quickly filled the room. As teams collaborated, they gathered supplies designed to help animals in need. The final kits included toys and comfort items for shelter pets waiting for adoption.
The highlight of the event arrived when representatives from Safe Place for Pets visited the group. They brought Bandit, a rehabilitated shelter dog comfortable meeting new people. Bandit quickly stole the spotlight as participants gathered to meet him. Team members showered him with pets and attention throughout the visit. The moment helped connect the team’s efforts with the animals they were supporting. The completed kits will now help provide comfort and enrichment for shelter pets across the community.
