Fifty team members gathered during the opening night reception of the Concert Health Leadership Live Conference. Concert Health Team Builds Bikes For Children During Build-A-Bike® Team Activity in Las Vegas, Nevada
The Build-A-Bike® activity kicked off the Leadership Live Conference with energy and excitement. Team members divided into small groups and worked through a series of challenges to earn the parts needed for their bicycles. Because most employees collaborate remotely, the activity helped people connect face-to-face in a fun environment. Friendly competition kept the room engaged as teams raced to complete their bikes. By the end of the event, six finished bicycles stood ready for donation.
Representatives from the Boys and Girls Club attended the event to receive the completed bikes. Jasmin and her Administrative Specialist, Tahara, arrived early and spoke with the group. They shared their excitement about the impact these donations would have on local children. Their enthusiasm energized the room and reminded everyone why the activity mattered. When the bikes rolled forward for the presentation, the entire team celebrated the shared accomplishment.
We extend a big thank you to Concert Health for supporting children in the Las Vegas community. We also thank the Boys and Girls Club for their dedication to helping young people thrive.
