MIMEDX hosted a Build-A-Bike® charity team building event in Arlington, TX. The company gathered 350 team members at the Loews Arlington Hotel during their Sales Kickoff meeting. After a full day of meetings, the team closed the event with a high-energy activity focused on teamwork and giving back. The program quickly filled the room with excitement as teams collaborated and competed. By the end of the experience, participants assembled forty-four bicycles for children in the Arlington community. The bikes benefited families connected to the Arlington ISD Family & Community Engagement Center.

MIMEDX Sales Team Builds Bikes for Arlington Students During Build-A-Bike® Team Building Event in Arlington, Texas
The Build-A-Bike® program served as the closing activity for the MIMEDX Sales Kickoff. Teams quickly formed and began working together to complete the bike builds. Friendly competition energized the room as participants solved challenges and raced to assemble their bicycles. The program encouraged communication and collaboration after a full day of meetings. Amy led the event while Izzy assisted in guiding the large group through the activity. The excitement continued to build as teams completed bike after bike. By the end of the program, the group successfully assembled forty-four bicycles.
Families from the Arlington ISD Family & Community Engagement Center attended the event to receive the bikes. Their presence transformed the activity into a deeply meaningful moment for everyone involved. One mother spoke to the group through a Spanish interpreter and expressed heartfelt gratitude. She shared the emotional impact the gift would have on her family and offered a blessing to the participants. Many team members became emotional as they witnessed the direct impact of their work. What began as a lively competition became a powerful moment of connection and generosity.
