iBio Team Members Join Together During Bicycle Building Event in San Diego, California

The Build-A-Bike® event brought sixteen team members together to compete, and create. Teams worked through activities that highlighted communication and teamwork. Participants played hard, shared ideas freely, and leaned into creative problem solving. The energy stayed high as teams focused on building strong connections across roles and locations. Each challenge reinforced how collaboration drives team success.

The team built four bikes for children from the Boys & Girls Club who specifically requested bikes for Christmas. A club representative shared stories about the children receiving the bikes. The message resonated deeply with the group and added meaning to every build. Many participants reflected on how this gift might be the only present under the tree. The room filled with gratitude and shared purpose.

A teenage member of the Boys & Girls Club also attended and delivered a powerful speech. She shared what the club meant to her and highlighted her favorite programs. Her story reminded everyone that it truly takes a village to help kids flourish. The group listened closely, asked thoughtful questions, and showed sincere appreciation. The moment became a highlight of an already impactful event.

We thank iBio for their generosity and commitment to teamwork and community impact. We also thank the Boys & Girls Club for their meaningful partnership and inspiring presence.
