The Inn-Flow team gathered for a Build-A-Bike® team charity event in Raleigh, NC on August 6th. The event coincided with their Quarterly State of the Flow company meeting. With 35 participants, the goal was to celebrate the launch of Inn-Flow’s Paid Volunteer Day initiative and encourage community engagement. The event was a success, and every participant enjoyed the opportunity to give back while building stronger connections.

Inn-Flow Employees Come Together For Build-A-Bike® Team Charity Event in Raleigh, North Carolina
The Build-A-Bike® event gave Inn-Flow employees the chance to work as a unified team outside their normal work setting. Participants bettered their communication skills and deepened connections as they raced to assemble brand-new bikes with their group. The program highlighted teamwork while reinforcing Inn-Flow’s values of growth and community service, on top of everyone just having fun all around.
The charitable impact made the day even more meaningful. Purpose Learning Lab accepted the donation and will distribute the bicycles to children in need. Their representative, Mya McMillian, attended on short notice to thank the group and share the impact of their efforts. Her heartfelt words brought home the importance of supporting youth through local initiatives. Together, Inn-Flow and Purpose Learning Lab created a powerful example of collaboration between business and community.
