The Build-A-Bike® event provided Novo Nordisk employees with a powerful platform to focus on teamwork and communication. The activity highlighted the importance of breaking down silos, especially as the team adjusts to a fully commercial structure. For the new CVP, the learning points reinforced during the debrief proved to be invaluable in supporting a message of working together with the entire team.
The highlight came when representatives from the Boys & Girls Club of Wake County arrived. Their heartfelt words about the impact of the donated bicycles moved the group deeply. Emotions ran high as participants saw their efforts translate directly into joy for local children.
