Ironclad employees build bikes and connections in San Francisco, California

The Build-A-Bike® event provided an ideal networking opportunity for Ironclad’s team members gathering for their massive FY26 CKO conference. In the spacious setting of the Hilton San Francisco Union Square, colleagues who primarily interact virtually were able to form in-person connections. All while engaging in friendly competition! The event fostered camaraderie across departmental lines, with representatives from sales, operations, marketing, systems, and customer experience. All in all, they learned to work together toward a common goal.

During the event, teams competed to correctly assemble bicycles while building stronger relationships with their colleagues. The atmosphere was filled with enthusiasm and laughter as participants tackled challenges together. The competitive spirit was matched only by the team’s genuine enjoyment of the networking opportunity, creating memories that would strengthen their professional relationships long after returning to their regular work routines.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Ironclad for their generous donation of four bicycles to children in need. We also want to express our gratitude to Samaritan House San Mateo for their continued dedication to serving the community.
