Krispy Krunchy Foods brought 60 team members together for an aMAZEing Builders® charity team building event at the Chicago Marriott Magnificent Mile in Chicago, IL. As part of their Midwest retreat, the energy and enthusiasm in the room were palpable from start to finish. Led by Scott and Doug, the team dove into fast-paced collaboration, all while assembling backpacks filled with essential school supplies for local children. The event culminated in a touching presentation from the youth of CircEsteem, who shared their stories—and their juggling talents!

This aMAZEing Builders® experience gave Krispy Krunchy team members the opportunity to compete in an indoor obstacle course—while blindfolded. Teammates navigated their colleagues through each challenge using only their voices, all in a high-energy effort to earn items for backpacks filled with school supplies. The event fostered trust and laughter, offering an bonding experience that matched the spirit of the company’s vibrant brand.
The real impact came at the end of the event, when the Director of Programs from CircEsteem, Inc. arrived with local youth to share personal stories about how the organization had transformed their lives. As an unexpected bonus, the children performed an impromptu juggling act, dazzling the room and deepening the sense of purpose behind the team’s efforts. It was a moment of joy and connection that underscored the value of giving back.
