NCSolutions hosted a Build-A-Bike® charity team building event at The Dalmar in Fort Lauderdale, Florida during their 2025 Sales Kickoff. Sixty team members came together from across the company for an energizing afternoon of collaboration and giving back. The result? Stronger team connections and eight brand-new bikes built for local children in need.

The Build-A-Bike® event was a highlight of NCSolutions’ three-day SKO in sunny Fort Lauderdale. Designed to strengthen relationships and boost collaboration, the activity brought together coworkers for a fun and purpose-driven experience. Laughter echoed through the space as teams raced to build bikes, unlocking a new level of camaraderie in the process.
By the end of the event, eight fully assembled bikes stood ready to roll, all destined for children supported by the Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County. The charitable element added depth to the day’s energy and excitement. Team members left not just with stronger bonds, but also with the satisfaction of knowing their efforts would brighten a child’s life.
