
Liberty Bank hosted a charity bike-building event in Hartford, Connecticut, to celebrate its 200th anniversary. Eight hundred employees gathered with one shared mission: assemble 200 brand-new bicycles for children from the Boys & Girls Club of Hartford. The Build-A-Bike® event reflected Liberty Bank’s motto, “Be Community Kind,” and brought employees together for an unforgettable experience. Eight hundred employees gathered in Hartford for a day filled with energy and purpose. Together, they assembled 200 bicycles for children in the local community. Laughter and collaboration filled the room as teams worked side by side to earn bike parts, build their bicycles, and reflect on what it means to create something meaningful together. The celebration honored 200 years of Liberty Bank’s service and commitment to helping families thrive.
The Boys & Girls Club of Hartford received the 200 brand-new bicycles assembled during the event. Employees embraced the chance to support families and bring joy to children across the community. The event became a living expression of Liberty Bank’s purpose and showed how kindness, teamwork, and community spirit never go out of style.
