Livano hosted an aMAZEing Builders team building event at Livano Oakwood in Atlanta, GA. Even though only eight people attended, including one employee’s husband, the team still brought great energy and enthusiasm to the experience. In the process, this small but mighty group fostered stronger communication and trust. Additionally, they formed a meaningful connection with a local charity.

The Oakwood team, along with their family, all seemed 100% prepared for the obstacle course in front of them. The small size of the group that may seem, on the surface, like a weakness allowed everyone to get to team build intimately. All eyes on were every single teammate that did the maze, as they did it, and each of their accomplishments were celebrated by the whole room. The venue was echoing with laughter and cheers for the entirety of the event. They left the event feeling more aligned and engaged as a team.
As they made it through the maze, donations for back to school supplies amassed. Family Promise of Hall County received the team’s donation of school supplies. Their representative was punctual, passionate, and moved by the team’s enthusiasm. Livanos Oakwood team expressed interest in continuing the relationship through future volunteer days. This first connection may spark a longer-term partnership to support families in crisis across Hall County.
