The event was part of the firm’s all-company meeting, centered around the theme “Elevate.” The day provided an opportunity for the team to bond, have fun, and give back to the community.

The Build-A-Bike® event was a highlight of Loebsack & Brownlee’s “Elevate” meeting. Overall, it offered a meaningful way for the team to come together outside of their usual work environment. As the team assembled bicycles, the room filled with laughter and camaraderie. They then donated the finished bikes to the Stratford Richardson YMCA. This local organization is dedicated to supporting youth and families in the Charlotte area.
The event was made even more impactful thanks to a representative from the Stratford Richardson YMCA. They gave a heartfelt speech that underscored the importance of the team’s efforts. All in all, it reinforced the firm’s commitment to supporting the community. The bikes assembled by the team will help bring joy to local children, furthering the YMCA’s mission to promote youth development and healthy living.
