Following up a long morning of communication workshops and brainstorming, the team wrapped up the day by assembling bikes for kids in the area that needed them most.

The Build-A-Bike® event served as the capstone activity of a leadership meeting focused on communication and team collaboration. Earlier that day, LogicMonitor leaders discussed conflict resolution and brainstormed solutions to strengthen workplace dynamics. After a long morning of that learning and betterment, the afternoon brought renewed energy as more team members joined in for the hands-on activity, applying the skills they discussed earlier that day.
Each team raced to assemble bikes that would go to local children through the Boys & Girls Club. The atmosphere shifted from thoughtful strategy to energetic teamwork as laughter and friendly competition filled the room. This activity not only reinforced communication lessons from the morning session but also offered a rewarding opportunity to give back to the Austin community while still having a blast.
