Gray Dawes Travel hosted a Build-A-Bike® charity team building event in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The event brought together 55 participants, including travel advisors from 14 U.S. states, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Executives from Gray Dawes’ European offices also attended. Together, they used this experience to form deeper bonds while giving back to the local community through a meaningful act of service.

Gray Dawes Travel Unites Global Team at Build-A-Bike® Team Event in Fort Lauderdale, Florida
The Build-A-Bike® event gave Gray Dawes team members a chance to collaborate in an energetic, hands-on environment. Participants traveled from around the globe to join in. The activity helped break the ice and build rapport across teams who typically work continents apart. Laughter and conversation filled the room as teams competed to assemble bikes while navigating light-hearted challenges.
Eight completed bikes were donated to children served by the Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County. In addition to bikes, participants brought generous amounts of non-perishable food items for local families in need. A’lexus from the charity arrived early to express heartfelt thanks and shared a moving speech. The event ended with smiles all around and a renewed sense of purpose for everyone involved.
