Lowenstein Sandler LLP hosted a Build-A-Bike® charity team-building event for thirty summer associates at their office in Roseland, New Jersey. This event aimed to strengthen teamwork and collaboration among the summer associates while giving back to the community by building bikes for the Boys & Girls Club of Clifton, New Jersey.

Lowenstein Sandler summer associates unite for Build-A-Bike® event in Roseland, New Jersey
The Build-A-Bike® event provided Lowenstein Sandler’s summer associates with a meaningful opportunity to enhance their teamwork and problem-solving skills. Held at the firm’s Roseland office, the event offered a collaborative and engaging environment where participants could work together to build bicycles for children in need. The summer associates embraced the challenge with enthusiasm, demonstrating their dedication and commitment to both their professional development and community service.
During the event, the summer associates formed teams and participated in a series of challenges to earn the necessary parts to assemble the bikes. The competitive yet supportive atmosphere encouraged the participants to leverage their individual strengths and work cohesively as a unit. The result was the successful assembly of several bicycles, which were then donated to the Boys & Girls Club of Clifton, New Jersey. This organization provides a safe and supportive environment for children and teens, offering programs that help them reach their full potential.
The children at the Boys & Girls Club were thrilled to receive the new bicycles, and the summer associates felt a profound sense of accomplishment and unity. The event not only strengthened the bonds within the group but also underscored Lowenstein Sandler’s commitment to community engagement and social responsibility.
