MAXX Properties gathered for a Hopeful Horizons corporate charity team building event in Las Vegas, Nevada. The event marked the final day of the company’s annual leadership conference. Seventy participants joined the experience and brought plenty of energy to the room. Teams competed in fun games and an entertaining lip-sync battle while collecting supplies for foster teens. The group filled backpacks with essential items that were later donated to A Greater Hope foster agency. MAXX Properties also surprised the charity with a generous five-thousand-dollar donation.
MAXX Properties is a privately held real estate firm with a history spanning nearly ninety years. The company operates under the fourth generation of Wiener family leadership. Its portfolio includes multifamily, commercial, and cooperative properties across seven states. Today, the organization owns and operates more than 9,000 multifamily units within 39 communities nationwide.
MAXX Properties Wraps Leadership Conference with a Hopeful Horizons Corporate Charity Event in Las Vegas, Nevada
Hopeful Horizons gave the MAXX Properties team a lively way to close out their conference. Participants split into smaller groups and jumped right into friendly competition. The lip-sync battle quickly became a crowd favorite. Teams cheered each other on while showing off creative performances and plenty of personality. Between challenges, participants worked together to earn supplies for backpacks that would support foster teens in the local community.
The activity also encouraged collaboration between leaders from different locations and departments. Team members communicated constantly as they planned performances and completed games. The relaxed setting helped people connect outside of normal workplace conversations. The combination of laughter, competition, and charitable giving created a memorable ending to the conference.
At the conclusion of the event, the completed backpacks were donated to A Greater Hope. MAXX Properties also presented the organization with a five-thousand-dollar check to support its mission. The donation added an emotional moment to an already uplifting experience. Jessi from A Greater Hope helped make the event run smoothly with her professional and organized approach.
