The Amazing Builders event provided a dynamic shift from the day’s strategic planning sessions. Team members navigated blindfolded colleagues through an indoor obstacle course, building trust and communication skills. The activity offered executives a chance to decompress and connect on a different level before their evening social activities.
Throughout the course challenges, teams collected items to create charitable donations for the Boys and Girls Club of Union County. Their collaborative efforts resulted in backpacks filled with school supplies for local children in need.
