MLC hosted a bicycle charity build team event in St. Louis, MO. Thirty sales team members gathered for their quarterly meeting on December 4, 2025. The team wanted an activity that felt fun, meaningful, and energizing. They also wanted to make a positive impact beyond their internal goals. The event delivered both outcomes through teamwork and charitable giving.

The MLC sales team arrived excited for a hands-on team building experience. Many participants welcomed the break from traditional quarterly meetings. The Build-A-Bike® format encouraged communication, collaboration, and friendly competition. Teams worked together to assemble bikes under time constraints. Laughter and encouragement filled the room as teams refined their strategies. The activity reinforced teamwork skills that support sales success throughout the year.
The charitable component deeply resonated with the entire group. Angel Arms joined the event with enthusiasm and logistical support. The organization even provided transportation for the donated bikes. As the event concluded, the impact became clear for everyone involved. The MLC team felt moved by Angel Arms’ mission to support families in need. Several participants organized an additional cash donation on the spot. That contribution further strengthened the partnership and community impact.
