Moog Inc. brought together a dynamic group for a Build-A-Bike® charity team event in New York, New York. On April 29th, 55 participants gathered for an energizing day of collaboration and giving back. The group included agile developers from around the globe who work on Moog’s most advanced systems. Through teamwork, fun, and a shared mission, they successfully assembled bikes for local children in need.

The Build-A-Bike® event offered Moog’s developers and team members a chance to step away from their screens and collaborate in a new, hands-on way. Participants, including global team members, formed small groups and raced to build bicycles while completing fun team challenges. The event provided an ideal setting to enhance communication and trust, reflecting Moog’s core values.
The team’s efforts culminated in a meaningful donation to the Boys & Girls Club of East Aurora. The organization’s representative arrived on time with a van and delivered heartfelt remarks that emphasized the value of the donation. Seeing the direct impact of their work made the experience even more rewarding for Moog’s team.
