Morgan Lewis Attorneys Gather for Build-A-Bike® Charitable Team Building Eventin Washington, District of Columbia

The event gave Morgan Lewis’s newest attorneys an opportunity to connect early in their careers with the firm. While the bike build was the final goal, the experience focused on much more than assembling bikes. Teams worked through challenges, communicated under pressure, and learned how to collaborate with colleagues they had only recently met.

Throughout the 90-minute program, participants built connections like never before while building towards a shared objective. The group quickly demonstrated why they were selected to join one of the world’s leading law firms. Team members communicated effectively, supported one another, and approached each challenge with enthusiasm. Their cooperation stood out from the very beginning and remained consistent throughout the event.

By the end of the day, teams had successfully assembled 18 bicycles for kids in need. The donation brought an extra sense of purpose to the competition. Representatives from Christ Child Society, DC joined the event to accept the bikes and share how the donation would benefit local families. The organization has served the Washington community for generations and continues to make a meaningful impact through the work of its dedicated volunteers.

We extend our sincere thanks to Morgan Lewis for once again partnering with The Leaders Institute and supporting children in the Washington community. We would also like to thank Christ Child Society, DC for its continued dedication to helping local families and children in need.
