The Aspire conference brought Fairfield Residential leaders together from communities across the country. The Build-A-Bike® event gave attendees an opportunity to connect with peers outside of their everyday work environments. Teams worked together to solve challenges, earn bike parts, and assemble bicycles under a tight deadline.

With 400 participants in the room, the energy remained high from start to finish. Managers collaborated with teammates from different regions while building new relationships and strengthening existing ones. The activity encouraged communication, problem-solving, and teamwork while supporting a meaningful cause.

By the end of the event, participants had successfully assembled 40 bicycles. Fairfield Residential chose to make the donation especially impactful by supporting two different groups within the community. Twelve bicycles stayed with Fairfield and were designated for children living at the Wood Creek affordable apartment community in Las Vegas. The remaining 28 bicycles were donated to A Greater Hope, a foster care agency that will distribute them during its back-to-school event in August.

The donation reflected Fairfield Residential’s commitment to building strong communities both inside and outside its apartment properties. Participants left with a sense of accomplishment knowing their teamwork would help children and families throughout the Las Vegas area.

We extend a sincere thank you to Fairfield Residential for its generous donation and commitment to supporting local children. We would also like to thank A Greater Hope for its dedication to serving foster families and creating opportunities for children in need.
