Seventy-five leaders gathered at the Fairmont Palliser at 9:00 AM sharp. We divided the group into teams and launched the challenge. Teams raced to assemble ten bicycles through creative and competitive tasks. Laughter filled the ballroom as leaders collaborated under friendly pressure.

The event created instant energy and meaningful connection. Participants encouraged one another and celebrated each completed bike. The activity set a positive tone for the rest of the day. It gave the leadership team a shared win before heading back into meetings.

At the conclusion, representatives from The Gift of Christmas arrived to accept the donation. Juliette pulled up in her SUV, ready to transport the ten bikes. She shared how the organization supports more than 400 families each Christmas Eve. Her message was heartfelt and concise. The bikes will help families who rely on year-round donation efforts. Seeing the direct impact made the morning even more meaningful. The Norwex team left inspired and proud of their contribution.

We thank Norwex for launching their final day with generosity and enthusiasm. We also thank The Gift of Christmas for their incredible service to Calgary families.
