The AMETEK mini golf team activity at The Westin Cape Coral Resort at Marina Village in Cape Coral, Florida brought together 80 team members for high-energy fun. This charity mini golf competition took place during their annual Sales Kickoff. The diverse and international group included sales representatives and business unit leaders. They wanted to blow off steam while strengthening camaraderie.

AMETEK Teams Compete in Mini Golf Team Activity in Cape Coral, Florida
We divided the 80 participants into competitive teams and launched the Ace Race®. Each team designed a creative mini golf hole using nonperishable food items. After building their courses, teams attempted to score an “Ace” on every hole. The room buzzed with laughter and friendly rivalry. Sales reps and leaders collaborated across cultures and roles. Teams cheered one another on as putts rolled toward the target. The activity gave everyone a chance to connect outside of formal meetings.
By the final hole, the ballroom felt united. Smiles replaced stress, and new bonds formed naturally. The camaraderie only grew stronger when representatives from the Harry Chapin Food Bank of Southwest Florida addressed the group. Two representatives arrived early and spoke passionately about their mission. They explained how the donated food would support families throughout the Cape Coral area. Hearing the direct impact made the victory even sweeter.
