
Novolex gathered for an obstacle course charity team activity in Roanoke, Texas on December 16th. The leadership development and CSR experience brought together twelve leaders during a period of rapid organizational change. Following a recent acquisition and exponential growth, the team recognized the value of intentionally connecting leaders. The event focused on trust, communication, time management, and alignment at a pivotal moment.

Novolex Leaders Strengthen Alignment during Amazing Builders® Obstacle Course and Leadership Charity Team Activity in Roanoke, Texas
Following recent growth and acquisition, the Novolex leadership team prioritized intentional connection. Leaders gathered for their second annual leadership development and CSR experience. The session focused on building trust, strengthening communication, and improving time management. The experience created alignment during a moment of organizational transition. Leaders navigating new roles and expectations engaged fully throughout the session.
The experience provided space for candid dialogue, practical tools, and meaningful connection. Leaders openly shared perspectives shaped by growth and change. Strong engagement reflected the relevance of the session’s focus. Participants valued the opportunity to pause, connect, and align priorities. Positive feedback followed as leaders reflected on the experience together.
The event concluded with Amazing Builders®, a high-energy, hands-on team challenge. The activity reinforced collaboration and clear communication through friendly competition. Teams worked together while serving a greater purpose. Participants assembled care packs for children at Cook Children’s Medical Center. The donation honored one participant’s child who is currently receiving care there.
Moved by the impact, the Novolex President pledged additional support. The expanded contribution amplified the donation’s reach beyond the original plan. The experience highlighted how leadership development and service strengthen trust during change. The event created alignment that extended far beyond the room.
