OIA Hosts Charade Murder Mystery Event in Franklin, Tennessee
Outpatient Imaging Affiliates (OIA) held a Charade Murder Mystery event at the Hilton Franklin Cool Springs in Franklin, Tennessee. One hundred participants gathered for the company’s National Leadership Meeting. Thus, marking the one time each year that all members can meet in person. This year’s meeting featured a Mission Impossible theme, adding an exciting twist to the traditional team building activities.
OIA partners with healthcare providers such as health systems, academic medical centers, and radiology groups. They work to develop and operate patient-friendly, service-oriented outpatient imaging centers. Established in 2000 and headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, OIA invests equity in joint ventures, provides comprehensive development, management, and marketing services, and ensures smooth operations post-development or acquisition. The Charade Murder Mystery event provided a unique and engaging way for OIA team members to collaborate. Additionally, it was the perfect opportunity to enhance their problem-solving skills. Participants were divided into teams, each electing an IMF Agent in Charge to lead their mission of solving a staged murder. This immersive activity required team members to strategize effectively, delegate tasks, and leverage each other’s strengths to uncover clues and solve the crime.
The event not only aligned with OIA’s Mission Impossible theme but also fostered a spirit of teamwork and camaraderie. By working together to solve the mystery, participants strengthened their communication skills and built stronger relationships, which are essential for their collaborative work environment.
