QTS Rescue Bear® Team Building Event in Denver, CO

QTS Data Centers hosted a Rescue Bear® charity team building event in Denver, Colorado as part of their 2025 1H All Hands Meeting. On April 29, sixty members of the Federal Team came together to build stuffed animals for local children in need. The event, which combined teamwork with giving back, also included a remarkable $50,000 donation to support firefighter education and training in the community.

QTS Data Centers Supports Aurora Fire With Rescue Bear Team Building Event in Denver, Colorado
During their Federal Team’s All Hands Meeting, QTS employees engaged in the Rescue Bear® team building experience. Groups collaborated to complete fun, challenge-based activities and used their earned rewards to build plush toys. The event encouraged problem-solving and teamwork, allowing participants the chance to relax, connect, and contribute to a meaningful cause.
The stuffed animals were donated to the Aurora Fire Department, who use the bears to comfort children on fire trucks. To further support the department, QTS donated $50,000 to help launch a new fund dedicated to firefighter education and training. This generous gesture emphasized the company’s commitment to community service and made a lasting impact.
