The RATP Dev team gathered for a Build-A-Bike® team building activity at the JB Duke Hotel in Durham, NC on October 14th. This semi-annual meeting brought together general management and the corporate executive team. Their goal was to strengthen teamwork while giving back. Purpose Learning Lab brought several children to the event, which made the experience feel extra meaningful. The team embraced the chance to connect, collaborate, and support local families.

The Build-A-Bike® program energized the group and encouraged fast teamwork. Leaders from multiple departments worked together for a shared mission. They collaborated through challenges, earned parts, and built brand-new bicycles for local children. Many participants had not worked together closely before, so this event created fresh opportunities to connect. The presence of the kids added joy and urgency to every completed bike.
