The Build-A-Bike® event served as an excellent platform for RTI’s sales team to harness their competitive spirit. At the same time, providing a chance to foster team cohesion. The event played a crucial role in building interpersonal connections and reinforcing the team’s unity. In fact, this was the first face-to-face gathering they had post-pandemic.
The theme “We are all one Team” resonated throughout the event as the team members, buzzing with energy, competed in assembling bicycles. This exercise was not only about fostering teamwork and communication but also about instilling a sense of collective purpose and achievement among the members of the RTI sales team.
The charity aspect of the event added a layer of emotional significance, as the bicycles assembled during the event were donated to Alachua Elementary. This gesture underscored RTI Surgical’s commitment to community engagement and social responsibility, aligning well with their ethos of supporting and improving lives.
