SALT Dental Collective hosted a bicycle building charity team building event in Phoenix, Arizona. Thirty employees gathered for a fun pre-cursor to their holiday party. The event wrapped up the workday starting at 3:30 p.m. With drinks, snacks, and friendly competition, the group shifted easily into celebration mode.

SALT Dental Teams Celebrate with Bicycle Building Charity Team Event in Phoenix, Arizona
The Build-A-Bike® event took place inside SALT’s Phoenix office. The relaxed setting included drinks, snacks, and plenty of laughter. Teams quickly became invested in every stage of the activity. Participants showed strong attention to detail and took pride in their work. Engagement grew steadily as the event progressed.
Judges played a key role and brought great energy to the experience. Teams stayed focused and motivated throughout the build. Four completed bikes were prepared for donation by the end of the event. The local YMCA already had children selected to receive them. The charitable impact stayed top of mind for everyone involved. Knowing the bikes would make an immediate impact added meaning to the experience. The event wrapped up with smiles, shared pride, and a strong sense of accomplishment.
