Quality Insights Teams Join for Build-A-Bike® Charity Bike Team Building Event in Baltimore, Maryland

This event served as the second holiday party for Quality Insights. Several participants had attended the earlier event that week. To keep things interesting, the agenda was adjusted at the start. The group revisited the 13 Colonies challenge before moving into the Convo Stack and tennis ball activities. These warm-ups helped reset the room and build momentum.

Once the group transitioned into the bike build, the energy stayed high. Participants jumped in quickly and supported one another throughout the activity. The mix of structured challenges and familiar faces created a relaxed, upbeat atmosphere. Laughter and encouragement filled the room as teams worked through each step. Everyone appeared engaged and eager to contribute.

The completed bikes were donated to the Laurel Boys and Girls Club. Although pickup could not happen the same day, the organization later collected the bikes with great enthusiasm. Knowing the bikes would support local kids added purpose to the celebration. The event closed with strong energy and a shared sense of accomplishment.

Thank you to Quality Insights for continuing to support children through this Build-A-Bike® event. We also thank the Laurel Boys and Girls Club for their flexibility and excitement around the donation.
