Summit 7 hosted a charity team building event in Huntsville, Alabama filling duffel bags for teens. The event wrapped up their two-day holiday meeting on December 9, 2025. Although planned for forty people, about twenty-seven attended. The team wanted something competitive, energetic, and meaningful. The event delivered friendly rivalry, laughter, and a strong charitable impact to close the meeting on a high note.

Summit 7 Teams Come Together For Hopeful Horizons® Team Event in Huntsville, Alabama
The Hopeful Horizons® event took place at the very end of Summit 7’s two-day holiday meeting and felt like the perfect way to wrap things up. The group included a mix of HR, Finance, IT, and Procurement team members, with some familiar faces and some meeting in person for the first time. A few people were local, others traveled in, and the room reflected a wide range of ages and backgrounds. From the start, the energy felt relaxed and playful, especially once the competitive element kicked in. The lip sync challenge quickly became a crowd favorite, with teams fully committing and leaning into the fun. Performances were bold, hilarious, and met with loud cheering from across the room. It did not take long before everyone was laughing, encouraging one another, and enjoying the friendly rivalry.
As the competition continued, teams worked through the Hopeful Horizons® challenges while earning items that would be donated to a local charity. The pacing kept things moving and held everyone’s attention without feeling rushed. When the representative from Agape Cares of North Alabama arrived, they shared more about the organization’s work and the families they support. The message landed well with the group and added extra meaning to the supplies being collected. By the end of the event, the team felt satisfied, energized, and glad they chose something active and lighthearted to close out the meeting. It was a strong finish to two full days together and sent everyone home on a high note.
