The Klein Company hosted an obstacle course charity team building activity in Norriton, Pennsylvania, just outside Philadelphia. The event took place on December 10, 2025, during the company’s annual property manager gathering. With thirty participants in attendance, the group wanted something competitive, lighthearted, and different from their usual meetings. The activity delivered plenty of laughs, memorable moments, and a meaningful donation to a local charity.
The Klein Company was established in 1973 and provides apartment communities across multiple regions. The company serves residents in Philadelphia and its surrounding suburbs, Cherry Hill, New Jersey, and Orlando, Florida. Their portfolio includes one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and townhomes. For more than fifty years, the company has focused on strong customer service and thoughtful property management. Their goal remains creating communities that feel like home rather than just places to live.
The Klein Company Property Managers Take on aMAZEing Builders® Obstacle Course Team Activity in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
The aMAZEing Builders® event took place at John Condron and brought together property managers from across The Klein Company’s portfolio. As the group settled in, the mood stayed relaxed and playful, which helped set the tone for the activity. Once the blindfolds came out, the room filled with laughter almost immediately. Participants leaned into the awkwardness of navigating the maze without sight and did not hold back. Teammates shouted directions, offered encouragement, and reacted quickly when things went sideways. The energy stayed high as each team worked through the course and raced to complete their tasks.
As the event continued, teams collected items that would be donated to a local charity. The competitive pace kept everyone engaged without feeling overwhelming. The group clearly enjoyed the mix of challenge and humor that came with each round. When the representatives from Not My Child Inc arrived, they shared more about their mission and the impact of the donation. They arrived prepared with a van and handled the pickup smoothly. The message resonated with the group and added a meaningful close to the experience. By the end of the event, the team felt energized and glad they chose something active and fun for their annual gathering.
Thank you to The Klein Company for supporting children in need through this aMAZEing Builders® event. We also appreciate Not My Child Inc for their continued commitment to the community.
