Quality Insights hosted a charity bike building event in Charleston, WV. The event took place during a holiday party and year-end review day. Despite a winter blizzard, forty employees planned to participate. Several team members could not attend due to weather conditions. Those who arrived stayed positive and fully engaged. The group embraced the opportunity to build bikes together. Their enthusiasm carried the event forward and kept energy high throughout the afternoon.

Quality Insights Team Builds Bikes Together At Charity Bike Building Event in Charleston, West Virginia
The Build-A-Bike® event gave the Quality Insights team a fun break from meetings and reviews. Snow was coming down hard outside, which kept things cozy inside. Even with fewer people, the room stayed lively and upbeat. Teams jumped in quickly and made the most of smaller groups. People joked, problem-solved, and helped wherever needed. The blizzard may have slowed travel, but it did not slow the energy.
Once the bikes came together, the group decided to build extra bikes for kids in the community. That decision added an extra boost of excitement to the room. The YMCA of Kanawha Valley arrived early and rolled with the delayed schedule. Finished bikes lined the space and drew plenty of smiles. The team felt good knowing their work would brighten a child’s holiday. The event wrapped up with laughs, photos, and a strong sense of accomplishment.
