Ninety leaders came together at Hotel Effie Sandestin for a high-energy experience that blended team development with community impact. This marked the third partnership between Terumo and our team. Participants brought enthusiasm, engagement, and a strong desire to give back. Throughout the event, they assembled duffel bags filled with essential items for teens in foster care. The completed donations were entrusted to the Sandestin Golf Resort Foundation for distribution throughout the local community.

The Hopeful Horizons gave Terumo leaders an opportunity to connect while supporting a meaningful cause. From the moment the program began, the room was filled with energy and excitement. Teams participated in engaging activities that encouraged communication, collaboration, and friendly competition. As the challenges unfolded, participants worked together to earn and assemble essential items for donation. The event created an atmosphere that strengthened relationships while reinforcing the company’s commitment to helping others.
Throughout the program, participants assembled duffel bags packed with practical necessities for teens in the foster care system. These donations will help young people who often face difficult transitions with limited resources. The Sandestin Golf Resort Foundation accepted the completed bags and will ensure they reach teens who need them most.
