The Build-A-Bike® event encouraged leaders to collaborate beyond familiar circles. Participants mixed across teams to work with colleagues they rarely partnered with previously. The group arrived energetic and jumped quickly into warm-up activities. The disc game became one of the most competitive sessions seen at recent events. Friendly rivalry sparked laughter, movement, and immediate team connection across the room.
Holiday theming elevated the energy throughout the afternoon. Participants wore festive hats and props during challenges. Teams created holiday-themed names that fueled excitement and creativity. The cheer contest reached impressive levels with coordinated chants and costumes. The experience balanced competition with fun, keeping the atmosphere light and inclusive.
Six completed bikes supported The Salvation Army. Participants also donated Angel Tree gifts as part of the broader holiday effort. The charity representative arranged bike pickup the following Tuesday morning. The group left energized, connected, and proud of their shared impact. The afternoon delivered exactly what the leadership team hoped to achieve.
